Today is World Mental Health Day, which gives us the opportunity to raise awareness of mental health issues and advocate against social stigma.
Here at Quantum, we will be providing fresh fruit and guidance on healthy eating to promote a ‘Healthy Body, Healthy Mind’ attitude. Evidence suggests that as well as affecting our physical health, what we eat can also affect the way we feel.
You can make a difference by educating yourself in mental health conditions. Knowing how to quickly recognise the signs of a mental health illness and being able to talk about it in a constructive way means you can not only help someone else but also support the fight against social stigma.
