Work has commenced on site to construct two new industrial units each with integrated office accommodation.
The details of this project will be revealed at a later date, however works are progressing well and completion is due mid-2020.
The building plot is on an already developed Business Park. The larger unit has a size of 37,000ft² (3500m²) and the second unit is of 26,500ft² (2500m²). The steel framed and cladded buildings will include a curved roof design and glazed entrance foyers.
