Work has commenced onsite in Erdington to construct two new industrial buildings. The steel framed and cladded units are situated on Chester Road alongside the Birmingham & Fazeley Canal and will offer an overall floor area of 18,000 ft2 (1670m²).
The larger of the two units has been designed to allow the flexibility of subdivision to appeal to a wider market.
The curved roof design and glass frontages should deliver a modern and attractive looking product for our client, Grendel Property Investments.
We are looking forward to working with Helme + Partners on a second project, with the added luxury of being a local project to our main offices.
The site looks to provide some challenges with a local ambulance station sharing the access road and the close proximity of the canal. However we are confident that the team will deliver another successful project.
