Quantum recently secured the Design and Build contract to construct a 7 storey student accommodation block in the heart of the redevelopment of Bolton.
Providing 140 rooms alongside communal areas ground floor commercial space the building should compliment the various projects being undertaken in the area whilst providing quality accommodation for the students.
