With the original building having already been stripped out to the shell, Quantum were left with the task of transforming the internals into a functional, attractive and most importantly marketable office space.

A full mechanical and electrical installation provided new, high-quality climate control, ventilation, lighting and power distribution throughout the building.

Whilst raised access flooring and new ceilings were installed in the office areas, the core and reception areas received a full fit out with high quality fittings and finishes providing both a functional and aesthetically impressive finish.

The externals of the building underwent a refurbishment which also included resurfacing the top level of the existing carpark with a resin bound finish.

During the contract our client secured an important international tenant for the building which put an even greater emphasis on delivering the project both to a very high standard and also to a strict timeframe.
