Work began last month on the Hartlebury Trading estate near Kidderminster to construct a new industrial unit with office accommodation. The new distribution facility is purpose-built for our client, Schroder and their tenant ETAC, a developer and provider of ergonomic assistive devices and patient handling equipment.
The CAT A & B project will be carried out under one contract and deliver a floor area of 30,000ft2 (2800m2). The modern build will include a two-storey, glazed, open plan office area to the front of the building, a large warehouse, training rooms, meeting rooms and associated amenities.
Externally a 40-metre service yard to the rear of the building serves both level access shutters and loading dock into the warehouse. To the front is a separate carpark which allows a clear separation for vehicles visiting the site.
We are looking forward to delivering the facility which should assist many people for years to come.
