With the arrival of the New Year and the many health and fitness drives which are so common in this day and age, Quantum has decided to take a slightly different approach with our staff.
This year we have started our ‘Grow with the Company’ initiative.
As a way to promote a bit of healthy competition, in more ways than one, we are providing each member of staff with a small growing kit and seeds. The seeds have all been selected to grow health promoting plants which will help to improve the workplace environment.
Inevitably there should be a bit of healthy competition to see who has the greenest fingers!
